We're happy to refund goods within 30 days of purchase, we'll even refund the postage. Naturally enough the goods must be undamaged.



In the case of faulty goods we will replace or refund the goods if returned to us with in 30 days.



Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.



In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
